Food Festival Stallholder information – 2024

Farnham’s Food and Drink Festival is now one of the biggest one-day food festivals in the south east of England and also one of the most anticipated events in the Farnham calendar of events with over 10,000 visitors.

Over 100 food and drink traders Line up along Castle Street and the Borough tempting shoppers with a range of delectable delights including baked treats, street food and unique cuisine.

There is a Live cookery demonstration stage as well as a live music stage with performances by local bands.

Farnham Food Festival Stallholder Application

  • Please select from categories listed.Farnham Town Council will priortise local applications and will limit duplicate products on a first applied and local to Farnham basis.
  • This will be put on your vehicle pass and will be used if have urgent information to pass on.
  • Firstly, please select your pitch location. The price below is based on a standard 3m x 3m pitch. Options after will then allow you to add corners/additional space, etc. Please note a half mini marquee is half of a 4.5m x 3m marquee that we would supply.
  • These pitches will either be a corner pitch with public access side frontage or a side pitch where public can access at least one side frontage in addition the front of your stall.
  • This is on the basis that your second pitch will be added next to your earlier selected pitch, therefore giving you 6m x 3m to trade from.
  • Electricity is available in Castle Street & The Borough only. All eletrical equipment must be PAT tested. No generators are permitted.
  • Gazebos are 3m x 3m. These will be set up prior to your arrival and then dismantled at the end of the day.
  • A maximum of two tables per pitch can be hired.
  • We will take your preference into consideration, however due to various other factors we cannot promise that you will be in a certain area (see link to map at top of page)
  • Please email accounts@Farnham.gov.uk if you would like to apply for a 10% discount for being a regular Farmers' Market stallholder or if your business is located within the GU9/GU10 postcode areas.

    Please tick how you will be paying for the pitch. Payment Information: Your application will be in review process once received. We aim to respond within 2 weeks. Once agreed please make full payment within 28 days of receiving invoice either by BACS to HSBC. Sort code: 40-21-05. Account number 31141023. IMPORTANT: Please put reference to your stall name. Or pay by cheque addressed to Farnham Town Council, Council Offices, South Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7RN.

    If you are selling food and drink products you must submit a hygiene certifcate.
    Sponsorship of the event will provide your businesses with significant promotion prior to and at the event. Various packages are available
    If express an interest in doing a cookery demo, the events officer will be in touch in due course with further information.
