If you like being active and enjoy being out in the fresh air, come along to this ‘help out’ session.

After a long wet winter, help is needed to spruce up the cemetery.

Activities include:-

• Planting a new area with shade tolerant plants
• Sowing wildflower seed
• Removing ivy from trees
• Raking up leaves and collecting twigs
• Tree planting
• Litter picking

The aim is to get the cemetery looking its absolute best ahead of visits by the judges of the Green Flag Award and South and South East in Bloom.  All equipment will be provided. No need to register.
