Enter the ballot to win tickets for the Civic Christmas Carol Service
The traditional service is hosted by the Mayor of Farnham and will include Christmas readings, and carols and music by the highly acclaimed Farnham Youth Choir (FYC).
This year, as well as celebrating its fortieth anniversary, FYC also represented the UK in the 13th World Choir Games in New Zealand. In total, 250 choirs and groups from 42 nations took part. FYC won gold medals in the Sacred Music and Secondary School Choirs categories.
Farnham Town Council is now giving you the opportunity to see the award-winning FYC in their hometown of Farnham. Half of the available tickets for the Civic Christmas Carol Service are being assigned through this free-entry ballot. The remaining half will be distributed to local organisations and charities that have supported the community throughout the year.
To participate in the ballot, simply complete and return the form in the Farnham Herald on 7 and 14 November by no later than Friday 22 November. You can request up to two tickets. No tickets will be available on the door.
