Counselling is an opportunity to talk in a safe, non-judgemental space, about anything you are struggling with. My comfortable therapy room is located on the edge of central Farnham in a lovely barn, where I work with young people over 16 and adults. I offer in-person, online and telephone counselling sessions, and have some in-person appointments available for bereaved couples who would like support together, rather than individually. I am an experienced, BACP registered counsellor with a specialism in grief and loss work. I also regularly work with clients who come to see me about depression, relational issues, anxiety and self-esteem difficulties.
