There are many things that cause us to not feel ourselves. This could be family worries, health concerns, money concerns, bereavement and everything in between, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn for help. Many people turn to family or friends and whilst this can at times be helpful, often it’s more beneficial to talk to an impartial and trained personTrained and friendly NHS advisors will take the time to listen to you and work out what is affecting your wellbeing. They will guide you to the right support and services and to people who will be able to help you find a way forward.

When things start to get too tough, no matter how small your worries, it’s better to seek help early.

People who have already contacted the service found that speaking to a Wellbeing Advisor was very reassuring and informative.  For those who are feeling negative about life or experiencing anxiety that has started to build up, they have found it invaluable to have a calm conversation with someone who understands and can help.
