Sunflower Cafe

When: Every Monday, 10.30am-12pm

Venue: Ivy Room, Farnham Conservative Club, GU9 7SB

£2 suggested donation including tea, coffee & biscuits

A warm and welcoming group that meets for refreshments, chat and support for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Singing for the Mind

When: Every Monday (excluding bank holidays), 1.30pm (for refreshments) with singing hour 2pm-3pm

Venue: Cellar Bar at Farnham Maltings, GU9 7QR

£5 per person including tea, coffee & biscuits (with free place for a carer/accompanying adult)

Singing for the Mind welcomes people with dementia and their carers to join in with a lively and light-hearted hour of singing with Barbara Rayner; a chance to share memories and a love of songs of all styles from jazz and show-stoppers to gospel and folk all in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Cognitive Stimulation Group

Social therapy sessions for people living with dementia to keep your brain active.

When: Tuesdays

Dementia Social Walking Group

A friendly walking group going on short, social walks with the option of a discounted pub lunch available afterwards.

When: Wednesdays, 11.30am to 12.30pm

Venue:  meet at the Shepherd and Flock Car Park

Inclusive Cricket

When: Every Thursday, 12pm-1pm

Venue: Farnham Leisure Centre, GU9 7UD

£3 per person

Inclusive Cricket is a really easy and fun game which can work for people with different levels of mobility. It is fantastic for helping people get a bit of exercise, social interaction and fun.

Dementia Friends Workshops

This is a one hour interactive workshop is for anyone who wants to know more about dementia and how everyone can take small steps to make our town more dementia friendly.
