A regular and very popular event in Farnham, The Great Farnham Duck Race is full of fun and entertainment for all the family. £00 yellow, plastic ducks race down the River Wey at Gostrey Meadow in a series of heats, all raising funds for local charities – Woodlarks and other Rotary charities this year. The winners of every heat and the final all get prizes. The Duck Races are the focal point of a mass of other activities, including plenty of entertainment for children, charity stalls and plenty to eat and drink. It is a quacking good day out for everyone.
