St Andrew’s Parish Church

The Parish of Farnham has two churches – St Andrew’s and St Francis’.
St Andrew’s is right in the heart of Farnham, on Upper Church Lane, just off Downing Street. St Andrew’s is an integral part of Farnham life and there has been a church on the same site for over a thousand years.  The unique and peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful Grade 1 Listed church amidst its leafy churchyard, offers space for prayer, peace and reflection. The church is open to all, every day of the week.
Morning and evening services are held each Sunday, with the main service at 10am each week.  There is a lively children’s group which meets during the service and refreshments are available afterwards.  Full details of service times can be found by visiting the Church website or Facebook page. See the What’s On and Calendar section of the website for information on events and group activities.
Little Wiggles, a friendly baby and toddler group meets every Monday and Friday morning in term-time, and an after school club, Kids Alive, meets on Monday afternoons.  Breathe meets every Wednesday morning for coffee, cake and conversation, followed by informal Communion. There are also a number of other regular groups including  Men @ Pub, Youth Group, Women’s Breakfast, Gospel Collective choir and small groups.
The church is also a venue for large community events, concerts and art exhibitions.
St Francis’ is a smaller church located on Three Stiles Road, just off Crondall Lane.  A monthly service is held there on the first Sunday of the month, as well as a Harvest Festival and Carol Service each year.  The recently refurbished Church Hall is available for bookings.
