Farnham Biodiversity Partnership has been declared a ‘high flyer’ and has received an award from the Surrey Wildlife Trust in recognition of its work.
The partnership received the award for making a ’significant impact on connecting with nature and engaging with local people’.
Noel Moss from the Biodiversity Group, Councillor Carole Cockburn representing Waverley, and Councillors Tim Woodhouse and Chris Jackman for Farnham Town Council, stepped forward to receive the award on behalf of the 20 groups and organisations within the Farnham Biodiversity Partnership.
