To avoid delays to their journey, motorists are being advised to stay away from Farnham town centre on Sunday (13 November) morning.

Between the hours of 10.25am and 11.30am, a number of town centre roads will be closed for the Remembrance Sunday parade.

Temporary road closures will be in place for:

• A31 /South Street junction
• Downing Street
• Longbridge at the junction with Victoria Road
• Lower Church Lane
• South Street
• Union Road
• Upper Church Lane
• Victoria Road

It is likely that other surrounding town centre roads will be affected and should therefore be avoided.

Throughout the morning there will also be occasions when vehicles are prevented or delayed from exiting:

• Central car park
• South Street car park
• Wagon Yard car park
• The Bush Hotel car park
