September marks the start of a new season for the Farmers’ Market and the end of Farnham’s Feast of Food.
The emphasis will be on warming food and ingredients as Farnham Town Council welcomes back Jimmy Ginger’s Fine Chillies. Flashy Food is a new stall, which will be selling chilli pastes and relishes.
Councillor Jill Hargreaves, Lead Member for Tourism and Events says: “September brings an end to the taste of summer and the start of delicious autumn flavours. Although the market takes place the day after the Food Festival, there will be different items on sale so please do come along.”
The Market will be held in Central car park from 10am to 1.30pm. Frensham Guides will host the tea tent and Steve Jackson and his ukulele band will provide live music.
