A number of plots have become available on the town’s allotments and Farnham Town Council is looking for new tenants who would like to grow their own.

The plots are at the Six Bells roundabout and Farnborough Road sites and are ready for immediate use.

Team Leader – Outside Services, Kevin Taitt says: “There is something very satisfying about growing your own fruit and vegetables. Having an allotment is also a great way to get fit, eat well and meet new people.”

It currently costs £50 a year to rent the allotment. Anybody who is interested in applying for an allotment should complete an application form.
