This weekend will see the start of Christmas in Farnham. The switching on of the Christmas lights on Saturday 22 November will be followed by a festive Farmers’ Market on Sunday 23 November.

Shoppers will be able to place advance orders with stallholders and collect their items at the December market, which will be held a few days before Christmas on Sunday 14 December.

Cllr Jill Hargreaves says: “The Farmers’ Market is a great place to pick up Christmas presents and to stock up on a few items for the Christmas table. We will be welcoming back a new stall called ‘In Love With Macarons’ and they will be selling some very tasty stocking fillers.”
