Easter egg hunt at the Farmers’ Market

An Easter egg hunt will provide free family fun at the Farmers’ Market on 23 March. Chocolate eggs will be hidden on stalls around the market for children to find and enjoy.

There will be a great range of stallholders at the Market selling some wonderful, seasonal British produce and specialities. Farmers and stallholders are always happy to talk to customers about their produce and many offer samples so shoppers can try before they buy.

Councillor Jill Hargreaves, Lead Member for Tourism and Events says: “This is the last Farnham Farmers’ Market before Easter so take the opportunity to stock up the freezer with fish for Good Friday or perhaps a lovely joint of Godalming beef for lunch on Easter Sunday.”

The charity refreshment tent will be run by the 3rd Farnham Scouts who will provide tea, coffee and cakes.

Farnham Farmers’ Market is held on the fourth Sunday of every month in Central car park between 10am and 1.30pm. See our Farmers’ Market pages for more information about the market visit www.farnham.gov.uk or contact Ginny Gordon at Farnham Town Council on 01252 712667 or email ginny.gordon@farnham.gov.uk.
